Induction Billet Heating with Descaler
Proper billet heating is crucial for forging consistency. We use a 650 KW PLC-controlled induction billet heating system with an integrated infrared pyrometer for precise temperature regulation.
A roller-based descaling system ensures the billets remain oxidation-free before forging.
