Heat Treatment

Our in-house heat treatment facility provides metallurgical consistency and improved mechanical properties through controlled quenching and tempering.

The 550 KW / 200T continuous pusher-type electric auto furnace is designed for accurate temperature control and energy-efficient operation.

We routinely carry hardening, tempering, normalizing, and quenching (water/polymer) processes with digital data logging for each batch.
