We employ a 2500T screw press capable of single-die, three-stroke, flashless forging, allowing us to produce components weighing up to 35 kg with complex profiles and superior dimensional control.
Our forging method ensures refined grain flow, improved mechanical strength, and high fatigue resistance, essential for critical automotive and industrial applications.
